Kevin is a former Fortune 50 banker, USC Business School alum, Mortgage Loan Officer and REALTOR. Prior to entering the residential real estate sector, Kevin worked as a Jr. VP at Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group, where he managed a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate financing located across the country.

During his tenure, he analyzed, negotiated, and restructured real estate financing exceeding $500,000,000 with various participants including hedge funds, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals based in Los Angeles, New York, and London.

He also managed a number of deals through borrower/guarantor litigation and bankruptcy, mediation and arbitration processes, as well as foreclosure and receivership.

Kevin earned his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
