I’m a California-licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Officer with a background in real estate finance and complex deal analysis.

Before entering residential real estate, I worked as a Junior Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank within the Real Estate Managed Assets Group, where I managed a national portfolio of distressed commercial real estate financing.

During that time, I analyzed, negotiated, and restructured over $500 million in real estate debt alongside hedge funds, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and the Mid-West.

My experience also includes navigating transactions involving litigation, bankruptcy, mediation, arbitration, foreclosure, and receivership — environments where precision, risk assessment, and clear communication are essential.

Today, I bring that same analytical mindset and financial discipline to my residential clients. Being licensed in both real estate and mortgage lending allows me to help clients understand not just the property — but the financing strategy behind it — resulting in stronger offers, smoother escrows, and better long-term outcomes.

I earned my degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
